4 Action points to change your world

Welcome, welcome, dear human, we are delighted to be with you again on this beautiful day. Last time we’ve spoken about your sovereignty, and we could see that many of the ones reading our message resonated with it. But there’s more needed, than just feeling or acknowledging the truth of our words. What is needed is action!

You have to practice the things you know to be true, otherwise you’ll stay stuck. Action is therefore the word we’ll be focusing on today.

What kind of action is necessary?

As we’ve already mentioned in previous messages, it’s not necessary for you to jump on the barricades and start a physical fight to change the world.

actionIn fact, we encourage you to not fight at all, and definitely not fight against anything.

Does this mean that we want you to sit back, and wait it out, and passively watch the things unfold in your life and your world?

No, definitely not. We do encourage you to start with taking a very good look at your own mind patterns and behavior.

They are an indicator of what you are creating in and around you, what will reflect back to you from the apparent outside world.

Action point 1: stop being judgmental

We encourage you to start looking at your judgments. You’ve most likely read it before, that we say to not judge anything, anyone, or anywhere.

Because judgment is always something that goes through you first, and that has a bigger impact on yourself than on anything else you consider outside of you!

So judgment is the first thing you have to become aware of.

It’ll be a work in progress

And of course, we don’t judge you if you have difficulties letting go of judgment. We understand that it’s not always easy to change habits that have been instilled in you from the day your were born in this physical realm.

But still, take a look at how often you judge, and how harsh you sometimes are in judging other people. There’s a lot to win in that respect!

changed worldYou will see that when you stop being judgmental, your world will start to change. People will no longer judge you, because their judgment is a reflection of your judgment!

Judgment is a big one, so practice being non judgmental for at least a month, or better still two months. Become aware of how you think, how you look at the world and people around you.

When you’re noticing change, that you have less judgments, you can start working on the second action point, getting out of resistance.

Action point 2: stop resistance

Second point: stop resisting things. When you are resisting things, no matter how big or small, you are in fact judging. It’s another side of the same coin.

Resistance comes from a judgment, usually an assumption, expectation or even a prejudice about someone, something, or some situation.

It starts with your thoughts about things. When you expect, or assume, some situation to go wrong, it will cause resistance. And from that resistance you’ll create exactly the things you don’t want.

Action point 3: change your stories

The next on the list is to start changing your stories. When you change the stories you tell yourself (and others), you stop being negative, or seeing problems everywhere on your path.

You stop thinking in terms of things going haywire, because those thoughts cause tremendous resistance. And resistance keeps you from the things you want, instead it will create the things you don’t want.

So that’s a third point to work on.

When you’ve taken back your sovereignty by no longer accepting others to try and dominate you, and you start working on these action points, you will see that things around you are going to change.

You’ll become a nicer person, and you’ll see that it will become easier and easier to find love for yourself, because that’s the fourth and last action point.

Action point 4: love yourself

Stop being so hard to and about yourself, blaming yourself for things that went wrong, scolding yourself for making mistakes, or not knowing things, or not being able to do things, or for things you’ve said or done in the past.

Stop the self-judgment, the negative self-talk, and start loving yourself.

You could make a bullet list with action points, things to work on. And don’t try to work on every action point all at once, because you will struggle a lot more than when you take them one at a time.

Invest in you and your world

If you invest time and energy in working on these points, you’ll see that your world will change. It’s an effective way to create the things you want, without fighting against anything.

It’s the work that needs to be done, and it’s work inside of you. Because that’s where your world, and your universe begins: inside of you!
