Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful day indeed. We are so pleased to speak with you again, and we’d like to talk about judgment, and what it really is.
Whatever you judge, you are sending energy to something. If you judge something good, that is positive energy, nothing to worry about.
But when you judge something in a negative way, with resistance, with a feeling of resentment maybe, or something you would want to get rid of, then it’s a judgment that is negatively impacting your life, as well as your world.
So, what do you do when you find yourself judging?
The habit of judgment
We see many of you judging all day long. The neighbors don’t behave the way you want, your children don’t do what you ask them to, your partner has their annoyances that you judge and feel sometimes even angry about.
Then when you look outside of your house, you judge the people on the street, for not driving fast enough, or driving too fast. Or they’re staying on the left lane while you try to take over and can’t, because they’re hindering you.
Or you see people in the office, gossiping about other people and you judge them for it. You judge politicians, you judge athletes or soccer players, celebrities… it’s a habit to judge, judge other people, every day, all of the day.
If you recognize this, you probably even judge these messages on this website. For not being specific enough to answer the questions you have, for being ‘woo-woo’, because they’re too vague, because you think it’s BS…
You’re judging it, and you don’t like it, but still you’re curious enough to keep reading what messages are being posted. Because in a way, you like the judgment.
Why do people judge so much?
Judging gives you a feeling of power, it makes you feel better about yourself, because you are not like the people you judge. You know better than they.
Does this feel familiar to you? Then read on, we’ve got news for you.
Because, you are judging yourself, with every, we repeat E-V-E-R-Y judgment you make! You are judging yourself, judging your own habits, judging your own thoughts.
You think this is not true, because you judge other people, right?
Reminder of who ‘they’ are
But those other people are a reflection of you. They are not actually other people. They are your creation, created by your thoughts and emotions, your ideas of how the world functions.
You created every single one of the other people you know, see, and experience as ‘outside’ of you.
So, when you are making a judgement about others, you are effectively judging yourself.
It may sound foreign to you, it may sound strange to you, and you might have a hard time accepting this fact, so we invite you to think about this.
Take a closer look at yourself
Whenever you judge, instead of focusing your attention outward, take a look inside of you. What makes you judge the other, what is going on inside of you, that has a relation to that or whom you are judging?
If you go inward, or better yet when you go inward, you will discover things about yourself, things that you’ve been trying to hide, but through the creation of others you are being pointed in the direction of that which needs a bit of help.
To heal yourself from old wounds, old patterns, old programming. Whenever you experience yourself being annoyed, judgmental, focused on something you deem negative that appears to be outside of you, it’s a call to look inward!
Please take some time to do that, to take that look inward, and discover what is really bothering you, what is behind all that judgement.
Behind the curtain of judgment
You might discover insecurities, self-loathing, problems with self-acceptance, to name but a few. And it’s time to release those sentiments about yourself!
As soon as you release the judgments you secretly, disguisedly, hide inside and about yourself, you’ll see that the judgment of others will start to fade, become less and less, and eventually will disappear.
Judgment of others and things apparently outside of you, is in fact judgment of yourself in disguise!
We love you dear human, and we hope this will help you to make the best of your human experience, from this day forward.
