Sticking labels, it’s so normal
There is no judgment on our side, as you may know by now. This is less easy for you as a human being to understand, because you want to put a label on everything.
And we understand that you don’t do that consciously, it’s how you’ve been raised, how you were taught by your environment, people you’ve seen and known throughout your life. As everyone is used to labeling and judging, so are you.
We would like to make you aware of this fact, because it is better for you to let go of judgments. To no longer be sticking a label or tag on everything.
Of course we understand that this requires practice, that you can’t do it from one day to the next. And do take your time to learn to deal with this, to make ‘not judging’ your own. After all, time is subjective anyway, on our side there is no linear time as you know it on earth.
Judging and negativity
What we especially want to emphasize, and we’ve also said this before, is that with judgments you bring in negativity. And of course you can also label positively, because you think things are beautiful or fun, or you think people are sweet and nice. In itself there’s nothing wrong with that.
The problem lies in judging in a negative sense. As soon as you have a judgment, or a strong opinion, about something, someone or a situation, you move into a lower vibration.
You can feel this yourself. Think about something that you really have a negative opinion about. And you see that ten things immediately come to mind, don’t you? Politics, the weather, food you don’t like, people you don’t like. How does that feel? Take a good look at your physical reactions to what you are thinking.
Feel what your thoughts do to you
And for comparison: now think of something that truly makes you happy. It doesn’t matter what it is. Maybe your last vacation, a feeling of freedom, a delicious meal with your favorite food, a video of an animal or a baby that makes you laugh really hard… just think of something.
It often takes you more effort to think of something so positive, doesn’t it? But how does it feel? Can you feel the effect on your body? Can you feel the rays of sunshine in your heart? The pleasure? The smile on your face?
Play with this, become aware of what your thoughts do to you! Discover within yourself what judgments about people, things and situations do to your physical constitution. And when you are aware of this, and clearly feel the difference, you have won the first towards a life without judgment.
And once you embark on that path, the way is open for magical events!
You always have the choice
Judging is learned behavior, you don’t need it and you can perfectly do without it. It’s up to you whether you want to go down this road, but we promise you that if you do, your life will progress by leaps and bounds!
What you think and what you feel are choices. Remember that, you decide, you choose how you feel and what thoughts you allow.
We are always with you to support and help you, even though you can’t see us. We are you, you are us, all is one.
We are the Collective Consciousness of All that Is, and we love you, we love humanity, we love your beautiful planet Earth.
