Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful new day. We are so pleased to be able to speak with you again, and we’d like to talk about grief and loss.
Illusions to experience
While we understand that many of you feel grief and feelings of loss after losing the presence of someone dear to you, we want to remind you that there is no such thing as loss.
There is no separation, there is no distance, there is no time, they are just illusions.
In reality all is one, as we’ve told you so many times before. There is only love, there’s only oneness and connection, and all is well.
Now, we understand that for those of you who are experiencing grief and loss, these words feel harsh or even painful to read. We get that.
We understand that you are going through a process of living your life without that person, without the love and the hugs, without hearing their voice, feeling their touch, without them being there to look at and speak with.
We understand that. And it’s a normal process to go through. It’s a process that was meant to experience, as everything in your human existence is there for you to experience.
So it is with this, with the experience of grief and loss.
But keep in mind that even though you’re hurting right now, maybe feeling alone, or abandoned, there is nothing lost.
Grief over loss
Whether it’s a friendship you’ve lost, or a partner, a child, a parent or grandparent who passed away, whoever it is you are missing right now, either by an argument, or because of their transitioning to their non-physical existence again, we understand that it’s hard for you in this moment.
But know that they are not gone!
You know this when it’s a connection with someone still in the physical that you’ve lost contact with.
It can be painful to miss someone that you know is still alive in the human experience, but due to certain circumstances you’ve lost contact, the connection has been broken.
That is a kind of loss that is easier to get past for most humans, although it can be painful.
Emotionally and mentally you are fully aware that they are still there, they are available if you needed to contact them by telephone, in writing, or even by just going to their house and visit them.
That makes it easier for you to cope and deal with.
Dealing with the passing of a loved one
It is a different matter when someone transitions.
For your human experience this means that you can no longer see them, no longer call them on the phone, no longer connect with them on social media, no more visiting and hugging each other.
But we want you to understand that even though these physical experiences may seem lost, in reality your loved ones are still here.
They are still available to you, they can still communicate with you. They can still let you know they are there, let you feel their touch, and in your heart you can even feel their hugs.
It just takes a bit more effort, and it takes silence. Silence in your mind, silence in your thoughts. At least no chattering of your mind.
And for you to be able to connect with them, it’s important that you are in a higher vibration.
Your vibrational state is important
When you are grieving, when you are feeling sad, hopeless, lost, in despair and filled with deep emotions, it’s nearly impossible for you to connect with a loved one on the other side.
You will see that when you have processed the early stages of grief, which is the hardest part of that whole experience, it becomes easier to get to the higher vibration, through singing, laughing and feeling joyful.
And while you may think it will never happen again, you will start laughing and singing again, you will go back to feeling joy.
It may not be the exact same feeling as it was before, due to the experience of loss, but you will be able to go back and lift your vibration up again.
And then you will feel their presence so much better. You will be able to connect again, when you open up to them. Allow their spirit to touch you, allow them to speak to you, and listen with your heart.
Go from your head into your heart
Connect with them by being in your heart, and opening your heart for them. Feel the love you’ve felt for them, and experience more love coming back to you from them.
Grief and loss are difficult for humans to understand. Your mind wants to get it, your mind wants to change it, to keep you safe from pain.
But by overthinking and staying in your mind you will keep yourself in the lower vibrations.
So process your grief, process the loss, cry, talk to people about your feelings, let it be there, allow the grief to be there to be able to deal with the changed situation.
Back to feeling joy again
And then, when you’re ready, open up again for joy, for feeling a smile on your face, for enjoying the company of other people.
And although you may not believe this, time does help to get past the feelings of grief. Time will heal, time will take away the harshness of it all, and you will see that there is still a lot for you to experience and to enjoy.
