Raise Your Vibration: How to Elevate Your Energy and Perception

Welcome, welcome, dear human, we are so pleased to be able to speak with you again on this beautiful new day. We would like to answer a question we received, about how to raise your vibration.

Change your perception through your vibration

Different look at the worldYou hear us say this often: raise your vibration and you will change your perception of what reality is.

And it is the truth. When you do raise your vibration, you look at the world differently, you will experience your reality in a much more harmonious way.

And it’s so very easy to make that shift, to change your perspective.

So, what do we exactly mean by that. How do you do that, raising your vibration?

What are you?

We would first like to explain that you are an energetic being. You think of yourself as a person, a human being of flesh and blood. Made of physical materials.

We have to disagree. You are a light being, an energetic being, that appears to be materialized in physical form. Like when you see a hologram, it is there, you can clearly see it, it moves, it acts, it speaks, but it’s not real.

It’s the same for your physical body. You can see it, you can touch it, and use it to experience the world around you with your physical senses, but all of that doesn’t make it real.

It’s a perfectly designed optical illusion, in a full immersion virtual reality. You are energy, you are a spiritual being in a human ‘travel suit’, so to speak.

Okay, now we’ve got that cleared, we‘ll continue. You are energy, that is the real you, the energy of a spiritual being.

What is your vibration?

You have and are a soul, which is also contained partially within that physical body, and partially in a different dimension outside of your physical perception.

To raise your vibration, you first have to become aware of the current vibration you’re in. How do you know what your current vibration is?

How do you feel? What mood or vibration are you in?Well, that’s easy. How do you feel right now? Are you feeling sad, angry, disappointed, energized, happy, joyful, playful, upset, delighted, excited?

You see, every single emotion you could imagine or feel, has a different frequency, like different stations on your radio.

When you know what vibration you’re in, what mood or energy you’re in, that is your starting point.

How to raise your vibration

Now let’s say you feel neutral. You’re not sad, not happy, you’re just feeling blank, neutral.

To raise your vibration you then have to do, or think of, something you really enjoy. You don’t even have to do it physically, you can simply visualize it.

What in this very moment would bring you enormous joy? Is it thinking of the love of your life? Is it playing with your dog? Going for a walk on the beach? Playing music you love? Is it dancing, singing, playing an instrument? Working on a book you’re writing?

You see, it can be anything. Every human being has their own preferences, their own things that make them happy, that gives them a joyful feeling.

You know what yours is, or are, so use that. Use the images, the feelings, the thoughts that make you feel lighter, happier, feeling content with where and who you are.

That is how you raise your vibration. Going into that happy place within you.

You can find it by doing things in the outside world, but in reality it is within you. And because it’s within you, it’s always attainable, it’s always within reach.

You never have to look outside to find it, nobody can ever take it from you, it’s always there, waiting for you to go there and feel happy.

What when you’re in pain?

feeling sadIs it possible to raise your vibration while you’re in the midst of sorrow? While you’re dealing with problems, challenges or loss, in whatever form? Yes, you definitely can.

Of course you will experience human emotions like sadness, grief, pain, anger, and many other intense emotions. That is part of why you came to this planet, to experience it all, in every aspect.

But the time has come to step out of the density of those emotions.

We are not saying that when you’ve lost a loved one that you’re not entitled to mourn them, of course you do, and of course there will be the human emotions of sadness, of grief, of loss.

We just want you to take a moment and look at what is there.

To see the opportunities to change your life for the better, to step outside of the dense human experience, without having to transition and become totally spirit again!

When you’re feeling sad, lonely, hurt, whatever emotion you’re going through, be grateful for the experience.

Thank the situation, thank the emotions, for being there, for showing you how it is to experience whatever it is you’re experiencing.

When resistance comes up

And we understand that it can bring up resistance, because your human part is everything but grateful for some impactful experiences, we get that.

However, try to get as close as you can to feeling a sense of gratitude for whatever it is you’re going through.

Because, as we’ve said many times before, everything is happening for you. There is always a hidden gem in whatever you’re going through, specifically placed there, just for you!

meditationWhen you raise your vibration, you’ll get into that place of feeling more joy, more happiness, more contentment with who you are, what you are and where you are.

From that place, you will be able to reach a new, even higher, vibration, and you will start to radiate love, compassion, understanding and happiness, coming from deep within you.

Because it is there, it always has been, and it always will be. It’s up to you to see it, to open your eyes and to allow it to come out and show itself.

We love you, we love you, we love you so much. We are The Wisdom, and with that we are complete.
