Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful day. We are so pleased to have a word with you again, and we want to talk about trust this time.
Many people nowadays are distrusting the world around them. They feel like nobody can be trusted, but have you ever wondered how trustworthy you yourself are?
No, we’re not here to blame you for things you’ve said or done, and we’re not here to lecture you on whatever thoughts or ideas you have.
But in all honesty, many people have an enormous lack of trust in themselves! So, let’s dive a little bit deeper into that.
Trust and you
What does trust actually mean?
The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition says it’s a “Firm belief in the integrity, ability, or character of a person or thing; confidence or reliance”.
Do you look at yourself that way? Do you have a firm belief in your own integrity, ability or character?
Or do you doubt yourself, think twice about your decisions, and overall think you’re not worthy of the things you want or desire?
Or do you have an overall feeling that you’re not able to achieve your goals?
Trust is a thing humans often put outside themselves. They believe that other people have to be trustworthy, but seldom they look at their own trustworthiness.
Which is a pity, because in trusting yourself, being confident about yourself, knowing that you are capable of doing the things you want, or knowing that you are worthy of having the things you want, are available to all of you.
It only comes down to how much trust and confidence you put in yourself.
Trusting others
Now let’s talk about trust of other people. Are other people worthy of your trust? Do you actually believe, feel and even know they are?
Or are you usually distrusting others? Thinking they’re out there to ‘get you’, to scam you, to profit from you without you getting something in return, or even to hurt you?
Many of you, and possibly yourself as well, have this almost ‘instinctive’ distrust of other people.
We tell you, that this is a signal that you are not trusting yourself! Because everyone ‘out there’ is a reflection of what goes on inside of you, as we’ve said in previous messages.
So, when you don’t trust your fellow humans, you simply don’t trust yourself. You have no confidence that you are able to be, do and have the things you desire.
You may find this hard to swallow, but let us explain it with an example.
Would you take them?
If you see someone on the side of the road waving his thumb, trying to hitchhike. Will you take them in your car?
If not, why? Are you afraid they might hurt you? Don’t you trust them?
Now, we’re not saying that you should take every hitchhiker in your car, there are plenty reasons why you might not want to take them along.
But when your decision to leave them be comes from distrust, think again about yourself. And replace yourself in their shoes.
Would you think someone would accept you in their car?
If you think, or have a feeling, that people would drive past you, or even if that’s the image you see in your mind’s eye, that you would be standing there for hours on end, that is an indication that you don’t trust yourself!
Trustworthiness is all about you
We know, that seen from the perspective of the third dimension, people are not all honest, open, and trustworthy. That is not what this message is about!
This message is about you. And how you feel about yourself, and how those feelings reflect back to you from your supposed ‘outside world’.
Ponder on this, think about it. And get to know yourself better. Because in the basis, you are the only one that needs to be trusted and loved by you.
If you are fully confident, know and trust yourself, you will see that reflected back to you from the world outside of you.
And you will never have to be distrusting again, but feel confident in your life and everything around you.
We love you dear human, and we have no judgment about you if you’re not ready to see or accept this piece of wisdom.
We just want to encourage you to take this to heart, and at least think about it.
We are The Wisdom, and with that we are complete.
