Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful day. We are so pleased to be with you again, to talk about hate and what hating actually is and the effect it has on you.
You say it so easily: “I hate this”. But what are you actually saying in that moment? Whatever it is that you are ‘hating’, you are rejecting a part of you, because you are the creator of everything, including your own physical body.
What is hate?
It is the energy of rejecting, loathing, and the most extreme form of disliking something, someone, or some situation. And for that matter, it’s one of the most dangerous energies or emotions for your mental as well as physical health.
When you state that you hate someone, or something, you are so filled with negativity, that it consumes you. You may think that you’re in the moment, because you feel that it is ‘now’ ‘in this moment’ that you hate that thing or someone.
But in fact you are in your mind, either in a past experience which culminated in your now-moment, hence the strong reaction.
Or you are mentally in the future, thinking of how this thing or this person will continue to bother you enormously, and you may even be thinking of ways how to destroy it or them.
The dangers of low vibration
The human mind is a magnificent kind of machinery, but when it comes to hate or loathing, and same goes for guilt and very low vibrational states as depression and grief, it can drag you further down into an emotional state where you hardly see light at the end of the tunnel.
The problem is, that in most cases, if not all cases, it is a fiction of the mind, instead of the reality of what really is.
Because you bought into the illusion and started to think that it all is real, therefore you react, and you feel the emotions that are dark and of a very low vibration.
Even when you are not yet feeling that bad, as soon as you say “I hate this” or “I hate him or her”, you are summoning the energy of darkness and it’s a strong energy, that isn’t so easy to remove again.
Your thoughts create
So be aware of that, and whenever you think thoughts like that, however silly they may seem, and however you may think you don’t really mean it, you are summoning energy that you can’t control.
By that we mean that you are creating situations that will have a strong impact on your life in your very near future.
It’s all about you and how you feel, what creates your reality. We’ve spoken about this many times already. We want you to see that even the silliest of thoughts, will have an impact on your future life.
Because with your thoughts you create! Specifically when they’re combined with emotions. And the more or the stronger the emotions, the stronger the future effect will be.
You are the creator of your reality, you are the creator within the creation! Always remember that.
What to do when you feel that you ‘hate’ something
We wish you nothing but happiness and joy, for those are the emotions that bring you into the highest vibration. Happiness, joy and gratitude create the most wonderful world you could ever imagine.
So give it a try, and whenever you feel the urge to say “I hate this”, thank the thought and send it away. And look at that same issue or person from a different angle, view it or them from a different perspective, and see what the very next more positive thought could be.
Train your brain, train your mind, to look for the good, to find the positive, because then you will create a better future for you, and a better world around you!
