Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful day. We are pleased to be with you again and we’d like to speak with you about sensitivity and how you can become more sensitive too.
What do we mean by sensitivity and being sensitive?
When you are sensitive, your senses are easily ‘going off’. You are able to feel or register things, emotions, vibes, atmospheres, energies, before most other people do.
And many people never register what you sense.
Some call it intuition, others call it spiritual or even mediumistic.
When we use the word sensitive, or sensitivity, we mean the awareness of energies, the noticing of things the eyes and other physical senses cannot perceive.
But the sensitive ones, the intuitive ones, the ones with psychic abilities, can. They register things that are going on on another level, in another dimension if you will.
Now, we know that many of you have some sort of sensitivity.
Many people have experienced the ‘knowing’ of something that was about to happen, and within a short while they saw I happening, or heard about it happening.
Or they come into a room and without there being said a word, they sense the atmosphere and know that something is going on there.
And there are people who can clearly see, hear, feel things and can specifically tell what will happen or has happened.
This ability, this kind of sensitivity is what we’re talking about here. And although there are people born with this ability, even if you think you don’t have it, you can still learn it.
Turn off the chatter
So, how do you become more sensitive? How do you learn this sensitivity to use to benefit your own life as well as the lives of the people around you?
To tap into this sensitivity, you must know how to quiet your mind.
Turn off the chatter in your mind, the constant talking voice or voices that are telling you all day long what to do or how to feel.
The chatter that is constantly bringing up issues from the past, and ideas and images about possible events in the future.
Turn that off. It may seem hard to do, but it is possible.
You can use yoga or meditation to get used to a more quiet mind.
It takes practice, but when you are able to stop that chatter, you will be so much more relaxed, and better able to live in the now-moment.
Begin to listen closer
Secondly you have to listen to your intuition more.
And hear and understand the difference between your old chattering inner voice, and the voice that is coming in telling you things that you couldn’t know, but still you do.
That voice has a different energy and usually feels more urgent than the chattering voice.
So become aware of the differences between those voices in your head.
When you’re able to turn off the ‘normal’ chatter in your mind, the new voice, the voice of your intuition, of your ‘inner knowing’ will come through more clear.
Learn to understand
As a third you’ll have to learn how to interpret the things you hear, see or feel.
Many who are sensitive to energies, for instance from deceased people, angels, or guides, feel or register a shift in how they feel.
Focus on your feelings, without having them taking you deep into it on a personal level.
It’s not just about feeling emotions, it’s about the messages that come through, and the emotions are guiding you to understand what the message is about.
If you are aware of that, you will also be guided to the correct interpretation of what you’re sensing, feeling or even seeing.
Messages or information can be for you personally, or for the greater good, for the collective, for groups of people, communities, families or friend groups.
The abilities sensitive people, intuitive people, have, are endless. Learn to listen, and gradually you will learn what the things you sense mean and how to handle this.
There is a reason that you’re having this ability, whether it’s already awake or not.
So why not begin to tap into it more and begin to use it, for your own good, and for the good of humanity.

Remember who you are, you are the Source of Energy, you can no longer deny where you came from.
You are opening to new ways of communicating, of registering what is going on in and around you.
