Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful new day. We are so pleased to be with you again, and we’d like to talk about nourishment.
You’re maybe wondering what could we possibly tell you about nourishment? Well, thee are several forms of nourishment.
Literal food as nourishment
Obviously you have the food you put into your body through your mouth. That’s a very important part of how you nourish your body, how you keep your cells healthy, how you stay fit and healthy.
And it’s very important for you to always be aware of the thoughts you have while you eat and after you’ve eaten.
Because whatever meaning you give the things you put into your body, that is the meaning it will have, and you give it instructions through your thoughts and feelings.
For example, if you eat a piece of cake, and you eat it with delight, knowing that you are allowed to have any food you liked and enjoy it in all its goodness, the smell, the taste… ooooh that taste…
The meaning you give things
But then you start thinking: hm, actually this will make me gain weight, or this is really unhealthy, but I can’t resist. You start to feel guilty about eating it, whatever it was.
And the next morning you feed into that thought by going on the scale. You know what the consequence will be, right?
You have programmed your body and mind, to gain weight. Really, it’s that simple.
But when you just eat it, enjoy it, without any negative feeling or concern, it will not have that effect on you.
The other way around works the same.
When you eat things that you believe are super healthy, maybe you eat only vegan, or no meat, no dairy, no wheat, no sugar, whatever it is that you feel good about eating or not eating, it has an impact on you.
Whatever meaning you give to the food you eat, is having a bigger impact on your body, than the actual food!
Now we know some of you disagree with us, and that’s alright. You’re entitled to have your own point of view.
All we suggest to you, is to try this for yourself, see how your thoughts program everything in your world!
What do you feed your mind?
But there’s more to nourishment. What do you feed your mind? Do you believe everything you read or do you second guess a lot of things?
What beliefs are you taking in, without even ‘chewing’ on them? Are you just accepting them for facts, without having any second thoughts?
Your beliefs are a big part of what your world looks like. Your beliefs are building stones in the creation of your reality.
You may not understand this in its fullness, but that’s what’s going on. You are the creator of your world, through your thoughts, through your beliefs, through the meaning you give the things you think and do.
So, whatever you receive as ‘food’, be it spiritually, scientifically, general knowledge, always feel into your heart how it feels to you.
Be sensitive to the vibration
Whenever you’re about to accept anything as nourishment for your mind, look at how it feels.
If a thought, an idea or an opinion, makes you feel a lower vibration, it makes you feel sad, or even mad, angry, upset, down, depressed, anxious, afraid, then that is a belief, a ‘nourishment’, that’s not aligned with your Soul.
Because your feelings are part of your emotional guidance system, telling you that you are going off track.
Your feelings are telling you that the direction you’re about to take, is not exactly the one you were supposed to take.
And it’s up to you whether or not you turn the wheel a bit, to redirect where you’re going with your thoughts, whether or not you accept what you’re about to be fed.
Follow the energy
Your thoughts and your gut feeling, they are both important instruments to see where you are heading.
If your thoughts and your gut feeling are feeling off, feeling like there’s a burden on your shoulders in whatever way, shape or form, then you are guided to take a different route.
Change your thoughts, change your beliefs, and change what you take in as nourishment for your mind.
Not everything you hear, read, see is true for you. Not everything you’ve been told, or will be told, is true for you.
All you have to do is to follow the energy, follow the vibration. If the vibration doesn’t feel good to you, change direction, change your thoughts, back to where it does feel better.
Creation and co-creation
Everyone is creating their own world. You are, as are all other human beings. Therefore it’s a co-creation of all of you.
And at the same time you are the creator of all of it. You are the director, the script writer, as well as the actors, the props, the stage…
You are it all, and now is the time to start realizing that. It’s time that you start to understand that you as a human being have the power to change your thoughts.
You can change your beliefs, and then change your world, and change the way you take in the nourishment that’s been offered to you.
It’s all here to help you expand your consciousness, it’s all here to let you grow, to become aware of who you really are. That is the whole purpose of the game you’re playing!
