Are you being or doing?

Welcome, welcome, dear human, how wonderful to have you back here again on this fine and beautiful day. We are always happy to speak with you, and we hope that our messages will help you to reconnect with the True you, the one that you really are, the spiritual being that resides inside your human body.

Are you doing or being?

Remembering the love that you are, remembering the power that you have, are some of the most important things for you to achieve in this lifetime. But there are so many distractions along the way.

more doing than being?You were born into a life where everybody thinks that you as a human being need to do so much. You always have ‘stuff’ to do, things to work at, things to learn, to know, to find, to search, you’re always doing!

But in reality, you’re a human being! We get that you then usually reply with statements like: “I have to work, who else will pay my bills?” Or, “If I don’t do these things, nobody will!”.

There is always this pressure to do, do, do.

Does it have to be that way?

What if you would change your ways? What if you would start with doing a little less, and being a little more. You are already everything you need, you just don’t realize it. You’re not fully aware (yet), of your true power and of your true nature.

You would see miracles starting to happen if you would just let go, stop doing so much, stop pushing, efforting, trying to make things happen, but just let things go. Release them to the Universe, to Source, and let things be.

Slow down, be silent

One of the things that you could do is starting to meditate more. Take more time to silence your mind, let that continuous rattling of your inner voice slowly quiet down, so that silence gets more space.

Silence is the perfect accelerator for things to happen. From silence the most magical things can grow, take form and get manifested into your reality.

But most of you humans are afraid of silence. Whenever silence creeps into a conversation, everybody in there starts to feel awkward. And immediately someone feels the need to start talking, if only to avoid the silence, because most people are not used to accept and appreciate silence anymore.

You don’t have to do that much

meditationBut silence is a perfect starting point to learn to be more instead of to do more. More silence, means more quiet time, more time to rest and to get used to ‘being’ instead of ‘doing’.

So, meditation can be a good practice to get used to silence and allow yourself to be more. You are so powerful, you really don’t need to do that much.

Yes, you have your job or other obligations, but beside that, there are so many things that you put upon yourself that you think you need to do.

You always think you ‘must’, you ‘should’, you ‘need to’… Practice to calm yourself more and whenever you feel that urge to ‘do’, take a couple of deep breaths and relax into the knowing that everything is perfect exactly as it is.

You don’t need to do things to get where you want to be. Your Higher Self, Source, is the one that does the work for you. You only have to follow the energy.

Take inspired action

Let the things you do, be the things that you feel led to do. If it’s coming from ‘I should’ and ‘must’ and ‘need to’, it’s coming from the human part of you.

If it’s an energy that feels like a strong force that guides you, that leads you, that shows you the things that you feel are the fun things to do, that is when you take action. We call that inspired action.

Follow the energy, follow the light, and take inspired action when you feel so guided. Otherwise, you take more time to relax and just be.

And with that little piece of advice, we will leave you for today.

We are the Collective Consciousness of All that Is, and with that we are complete.
