Welcome, welcome, dear human, we are so pleased to be with you again today. We want you to know how much so many people, angels and guides love you. You often deny love for yourself, and get that reflected back from your supposed ‘outside’ world. So, today we want to talk a bit more about why you should love you.
You’ve come to the Earth with a mission. You came to spread love, to be the physical form of Love. You have come here to feel the love, to experience life in physical form and still know that your origin is pure and divine Love.
Other people reflect how you feel about you
Yet, you tend to forget. How often have we told you before that we love you? And still you don’t fully get it, do you? You still think negative about yourself very often, and you still get upset when other people are not showing you or others love.
You have to understand that receiving love from others, starts with loving yourself, fully, completely and unconditionally. As long as you deny that kind of love for yourself, you will keep experiencing that people around you don’t appreciate you, don’t value you as you feel you should be valued.
It’s not about them, it’s about how you view yourself! You are key when it comes to receiving love.
Start doing the work to love you
Start receiving love for yourself by you first! And it will surely start reflecting back to you from outside of you. Because there is no outer world, it’s all within you. The outside world is a reflection of everything that is going on inside of you and your mind.
When you start your day with hugging yourself, with telling yourself out loud that you love you… wrap your arms around yourself, and just say it: “I love you” and say your name to it. You will start to see and feel the difference in how you view yourself, as well as how other people view you!
Love for yourself is key
We know that this is not so easy for many of you, but as we said, it is key in receiving love and it is key in how other people treat you.
You want respect? You want to be loved? You want to be appreciated? If you don’t get respect, love, and/or appreciation from your children, your co-workers, your friends, or people in whatever places and situations, that is only, and we repeat: that is ONLY because you don’t show yourself respect, love and appreciation!
Quit telling old stories
When you are in the now moment, when you stop telling the old stories, about your childhood, about things other people did to you, about how bad this, or how awful that was, when you begin to tell yourself how much you love yourself, that is when things will start to change.
It takes a bit of practice, because you’re not used to telling yourself how much you love you. And maybe you feel resistance, maybe you even feel rejection.
It may be that you think I’m not that loveable, I haven’t been a very good friend, or I’ve let my parents down, or whatever flaws in yourself or mistakes in your life you are focusing upon, they are all stories.
Forget about the old stories, and start with a new blank slate. You are loved by Source, by the angels, by so many people that you don’t even know about, people living and deceased.
Start loving yourself as of now
So you might as well start loving yourself, right?
So, why not start right now? Again, wrap your arms around yourself, hug yourself, comfort yourself whenever you need it, and say ‘I love you’ and thank yourself for being who you are. Because you are exactly as you wanted to be when you came to the Earth.
You are perfect just as you are. And you always have been. Stop being so hard on yourself, stop judging yourself, stop beating yourself up for every big or small mistake you’ve made. Nothing happened without reason, and in the end they’re all just stories.
We love you so much, dear human, we love you more than words could ever express. We are you, you are us, all is one.
We are The Wisdom, and with that, we are complete.
