Welcome, welcome dear human, we are so pleased to speak with you, and we would like to speak with you about stillness, and how stillness can help with dealing with whatever is going on in your life and your world.
Firstly, we want to emphasize that there is more good in the world than bad. There are more good people than bad people, there is more beautiful than ugly, there is more love than hate.
The only thing is, that when you focus on the negative stuff, the rudeness of people, the things that make you feel sad, the things that make you hurt, you will not be able to see the good things.
It’s a matter of shifting your attention and your focus to the things that you would want to see. Because those things are already there.
You just have been blinded by your own perception, focus, attention and the thoughts you continuously have about everything.
Drop the thoughts, try to be quiet for a while, and do that every day. Some would call it meditation, but that may be a too heavy a word for you.
Find the stillness in your heart
We’ll call it ‘find the stillness in your heart’, because that’s what it is.
It’s finding the stillness in your heart, clearing the thoughts for a few minutes and then you’ll find that there is peace within you.
There is love within you, and that is what we encourage you to focus upon, instead of all the things going on outside of you.
Because the outside world, is just a reflection of what’s going on inside you.
We understand that when we say that, you may feel that you are being blamed for whatever is going on in the world.
And although we do say that you are responsible for your thoughts, and thus for what you create in the outer world, we are definitely not blaming you, or trying to make you feel bad or guilty.
Your responsibility solely lies in maintaining your thoughts and your beliefs. That is your task, that is your job.
Change of perception
When you change your thoughts, which is something you can do, even though many of you think they can’t, but yes, we promise you, that with a little effort, you can change your thoughts, you can change your focus, and you can change your perception.
Why else would it be possible that some people always see the good in things and situations or people, and others always see the negative side? It’s only a matter of perception.
The ones thinking positively put their focus on different things, they may train being grateful, they may have trained their minds to look at things asking themselves ‘how is this happening for me?’, which is a great way to go through life.
Because everything that is happening, is happening for you.
And if things are happening not directly for you personally, your world is one of co-creation with all of humanity, so whatever is going on, may be happening for another person who will benefit from it.
And we mean benefit in the sense of it enabling a person to grow, to expand in consciousness and awareness.
So there never is anything going on that shouldn’t be, but how you perceive and how you label it, and whether or not you allow yourself (your mind!) to get entangled, is what makes your reality a good or a not so good experience.
Gratitude and stillness works!
You have the choice, and when you go to the stillness of your heart, you will see pretty soon that your perception of the world will change.
Start a gratitude journal, start writing down all the things you are grateful for, and focus only on those things.
You will see that even though your mind at first will start to interfere – by throwing in all the things that you don’t like – simply dismiss those thoughts.
Thank your mind for trying to be helpful, simply say ‘thanks, but no thanks, not now’, and focus on the things that you love, that you are grateful for.
And those things can be as simple as your coffee in the morning. Or the fact that you woke up again this morning, that whatever weather is outside is good for you and nature.
Sunshine, rain, snow, even thunderstorms, whatever it is, it’s there and you might as well be grateful for it and thank it.
When ‘negative’ things happen
And of course, we understand that hurricanes, flooding, earth quakes, etcetera, can be things that you don’t feel so grateful for, but they too happen for the greater good.
Because all those forces of nature bring new experiences to humanity, things to learn and grow from, to expand consciousness, create bonding between people, show them things that they had to see and learn to make them aware and more conscious.
Nothing ever happens by accident or coincidence. Everything always has a purpose, there’s always a reason that things are happening for someone.
It may not appear to be for you directly, although actually it is. Because everything is connected, all humans, all molecules in the Universe are connected.
We could speak a lot more about these things, but for now we think that you’ve got enough to ponder on.
Go within, feel the love, experience the stillness, and know that stillness is where all the good stuff comes from.
In stillness creativity sprouts, stillness is where inspiration flows, stillness is where love resides, so go within and experience the stillness.
