Welcome, welcome, dear human, we are pleased and delighted to speak with you again on this beautiful day. You know we are always happy to have our little talk with you, and today we look forward to giving you some more insights in the relationship between your inner and outer world.
The outer world
As you will probably know by now, the world around you is an illusion, a reflection of the things that go on inside of you. Inside your mind, your thoughts, your programming. It is formed by your beliefs. And by changing your beliefs you can change your outer world.
It needs practice to get to a point where you can do this without thinking. When you have beliefs that were instilled in your mind when you were younger than eight years old, because most of the human beliefs and programming come from the years between birth and eight years old, it might be feeling as a difficult task to change those beliefs.
But with the right tools and approach it doesn’t have to be so hard.
Change comes from within
You can start every moment, and every day is a new day to begin with practicing how you want to live your life from that moment on.
We are always here to encourage you to focus more on your inside world, to look at your thoughts, to be aware of what you think and what you ponder on.
Do you entertain worries, thoughts about things in the outer world, your finances, things that might happen to you or to the world? Are you focused on politics, the things the government does? Or are you focused on the things that are in your direct reality?
If you want to change your outer world, you are the one that has to change what’s inside of you. There is no other option, because as we already said, your outer world is a reflection of what’s inside of you.
Start a gratitude journal
So, you need to work on yourself. This is not as hard as you might think. You can start by thinking of 3 things that you’re grateful for, every morning before you get up.
Write them down in a journal and do this every morning. And again before you go to bed in the evening, you’ll write three more things that make you feel grateful.
At first it may be that you have to think very hard, maybe even to come up with one thing. But after a few days you’ll see that you get the hang of it, and you’ll see that you’ll be able to easily write down three things that you’re really feeling grateful about.
If you come to the point where it’s really easy and you could write five or maybe even ten things that make you feel grateful, go ahead, expand!
Just keep in mind that you need to write at least three things every time, anything else is bonus.
The effect will show soon enough
You’ll start to experience that you’ll become more grateful overall, for life, for the little things, your coffee in the morning, that you’ve got a bed to sleep in, for your job, for the money in your wallet to buy a bread, for your children, your pet, your comfortable shoes, your clothes… anything and everything can be something to write on your list.
And really feel into that feeling of gratitude, feel the energy of being thankful flow through your body. In just a short amount of time, a couple of days to a few weeks, you will see that your outer world starts to change.
No, that doesn’t mean that wars will stop, and that your government all of a sudden makes a U-turn… but closer to home, you will see more friendly faces, you will experience more harmony among people in your direct sphere of influence. And that will have impact on your overall feelings.
Eventually, bigger changes will occur! Practice this, dear one, and your outer world can’t stay the same, it will have to change!
And with that lesson for today, we will close this off.
We are The Wisdom, you are us, we are you, all is One, and with that we are complete.
