Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful new day. We are pleased to be able to speak with you again, and we’d like to address a question we received about our previous message on following the news: ‘are good and bad not two sides of the same coin?
Aren’t we being ostriches when we stick our heads in the sand and ignore ‘bad news’? Shouldn’t we be able to master the negative, and be prepared for what is coming, even if that’s negative seen from our human perspective?’
Does it trigger emotions?
We understand the question and in a way that is correct. Yes, in theory you are very well capable of mastering negativity and standing tall no matter what.
And yes, we agree that trying to ‘avoid’ things, closing your eyes or sticking your head in the sand is not a good strategy, because that usually comes from resistance and resistance is often fear based.
What we meant with no longer tuning into negativity by no longer following the news, is that when you feel emotions rise because of the things you read, see or hear, triggered by the news that you follow on a daily basis, that is when you have to stop following the news.
When you are reading anything and it doesn’t stir up any emotions, you just read it or hear it and you just accept it as information, without reacting or getting triggered in any way, just plainly observing whatever it is, there is no need per se to stop following the news.
Our advice was meant for those of you, which are the majority, who are not able to do that (yet).
When you are being sucked into negativity, feeling emotions that come from the density of separation, lack and limitation, emotions like fear, anger, worry, depression, feeling alone etc., then our advice is to stop following the news.
You are the creator of your outer world
Another point we would like to reiterate is that when you are following the news, especially when you are triggered by it, you tend to keep on thinking about it, with emotions.
And as we often told you, what you think about, the feelings you add to that and the meaning you give it, is what creates your world.
When you’re focused on negative news, feeling scared, worried, sad, angry, upset etcetera, you give it the meaning that it is bad for you, and you will feel sort of trapped, threatened even.
That is where you create a world for yourself where you will get more of that what you are focused upon!
Another reason why it would be better for you to stay away from these things, and to begin to focus upon the things you love, the things you care about in a positive way, expanding feelings of harmony, love, joy, happiness, instead of being stuck in fear and anger.
There is a difference between closing your eyes and desperately trying to ignore negativity out of fear that it will harm you, or the deliberate choice to create a better world by focusing on the good in human beings, and focusing your attention on the things that give you genuine joy and pleasure.
So, we truly hope this answers the question for those of you who were thinking along the same lines as the person asking this question.
We understand that it can be confusing sometimes, where the thin line between trying to dodge negativity and choosing to focus on positivity lies. So this answer is our perspective.
Repeat for emphasis: there is no out there!
Always remember that there is no outer world, there is nothing outside of you. There is only data.
And everything that is happening around you, in what you perceive as ‘outside of you’ are opportunities for you to grow and expand your consciousness, and the Consciousness of All that Is.
Because we are you and you are us. We’re in this together, as one, because All Is One.
We love you so much, dear human, and we look forward to our next conversation.
We are The Wisdom, and with that we are complete for today.
