Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful day indeed. We are so pleased to speak with you again, and we’d like to talk about the impact of the news on your health.

We know that news is something that is all around you. Whether you’re surfing the internet, listening to the radio or watching television, you are constantly bombarded with news flashes about things going on in the world.

We can imagine that it isn’t easy to stop yourself from tuning into that, because it’s so invasive in every possible part of your life. Like advertisements, the news is everywhere.

But you have to consider for yourself, whether you really need to watch or read it all, or if there are ways to live your life differently, not so much run by what’s in the news and on your screens.

Are you addicted to the news?

We see that for most people it’s an addiction.

Do you have the news addiction? For the longest time people got up, got out of bed, put on the coffee machine, or they made breakfast, and then, sitting at the breakfast table, the first thing they did was (and for many people still is to this day) opening the newspaper and reading about whatever is going on in the outside world.

Or they switch on the television or the radio, for the first bulletin of the day. Or they check their phones and surf to their favorite news website. And that’s how they start their day.

Maybe you do the same.

But what do you program yourself with, when that is the way you start your day?

What do you give your brain, your mind, your thoughts, to be occupied with after getting up and starting a fresh new morning?

Like any addiction or bad habit, we understand that when this is your routine, your programming, and particularly when it has been like that for many years, it might not be so easy to turn a switch and stop doing what you do.

Impact on your health

But did you know that your health is closely related to the things you take in, not just the food and drinks you put into your body, but also the information you put into your mind?

When you start your day with negativity, and throughout the day you keep checking whether there’s more news, then you are feeding your brain a constant stream of negativity, which eventually can cause physical harm to your body!

How can that happen? Because news, which mainly is bad news, lowers your vibration. When your vibration is low, you are feeling intense emotions and happiness and joy are out of reach.

You are not able to reach the optimal state of being, which is happy, joyful, playful, loving life and being thankful for everything you have in your life.

the news can make you feel depressed or anxiousWatching the news, and focusing on staying ‘informed’, as so many of you tend to call it, lowers your vibration to a dangerous level.

Fear, anxiety, anger, frustration, focus on bad things happening in what you think is your world, will then rule your physical system.

Your nerves, your blood, your organs, everything is being affected by what you mentally absorb.

Is it time to change your habits?

Do you ever ask yourself: “do I really need to hear, see or read everything that is being reported as so called ‘news’?” Because that is an important question to ask yourself.

Do you really need to know whatever happens in wherever-on-the-planet? Do you really need to know what words any politician has spoken? Or what laws have been signed?

Have you forgotten that you are a sovereign being? That you are a powerful being, creating your own reality by the things you think, the feelings that you have and the meaning you give to everything?

So, why not begin to point your focus onto something else? Why not focus on what is good, kind people, things that are going well, instead of supposedly wrong.

Because you as a human being have by no means the capacity to see the full spectrum of everything that’s going on in the world. And reporters and news outlets don’t either!

All they can do is give you subjective information and present it in a way that people agree or disagree, but it is never helpful to get your vibration at a healthy level. It just feeds the addiction.

Step away from negativity

Now might be the best time, to stop doing what you are doing, and take a look at how you fill your days, what you read, what you speak about, what you listen to.

And feel! Feel what it does to your body! When you sense that news is making you feel upset, stressed, worried, anxious or depressed, you are in a low vibrational state.

focus your attention on the things that make you feel goodOn the other hand, when you see, hear or read things that truly make you happy, make you feel good, joyful, energized, enthusiastic, your vibration is raising, which is necessary for staying healthy and living a happy life.

Check where you are in this spectrum and decide for yourself if you want to hurt yourself or heal yourself.

Because when you quit the addiction to bad news, to any negativity, you will heal yourself not only from an addiction, but you will heal yourself from the risks of living a life that didn’t reach its highest potential.

We love you dear human, we love you more than words can express, and we are always here to give you a different perspective on your human life, so that you can make the most of it.

We are The Wisdom, and with that we are complete.
