Welcome, welcome dear human, on this beautiful day. We are pleased to speak with you again. Today we would like to talk with you about problems, that which all of you suffer so much from.
When is something a problem, and how can you solve problems? We spoke of this topic before, but we want to address it again, approach it from a different angle.
Many of you think of life as a chain of problems, going from one to the next. And when something is solved, you already see the next one looming. It appears to be an endless stream of things going wrong, wrecking your mind on how to stay on top of it all.
We understand, that from a human perspective this can be frustrating, and sometimes even scary. Today we want to give you some more insight on this topic, so that you are better equipped for the rest of your life, to cope with what you call ‘problems’.
First way
As a first we want to encourage you to change your vocabulary. As of today, we invite you to stop using the word ‘problem’. Instead we would like to see you trade it for ‘challenge’, or ‘experience’. Because that is much more factual than when you are calling things a ‘problem’.
When something goes wrong, at least in your perspective, and you feel that you have a decision to make, or you have to deal with something unexpected, it usually is your expectation that is causing the stress. You expected a different outcome, you expected something better or at least different.
But have you ever thought more deeply about this? Instead of focusing on your issues, have you ever thought about how it happens that something grows into a ‘problem’ for you?
There are many forms of issues that can arise in your human life. Some have to do with money, some with relationships, with jobs, children, family, many things have to do with your habitat, which could be your house, or your city, your country, or even the planet.
Birthing of problems
But when exactly does something become a ‘problem’ that you keep thinking about over and over? Well, there is your answer already: when you start thinking about it over and over!
Problems only exist in your mind! They arise when you have a thought, or something in your apparent ‘outside world’ happens, and you keep thinking about it… and all of a sudden you feel that you have a problem.
You feel trapped, you don’t know what to do, and your mind takes off and runs with it: you’ve got a problem!
Second way
Whenever you experience that, from now on we would like you to stop your thoughts, stop the chatter and rambling in your mind, and just look at the facts.
Not at the stories you’ve been told, or been telling yourself, but step into the now-moment and just look at what is actually in that moment, there and then.
And if you then change your vocabulary, you no longer think that you have a problem, but look at the challenge that is appearing there, you’re able to see it as an adventure, an experience.
It can be something to learn from, to grow from, because everything that happens, no matter what it is, happens for you, and so everything appears in your physical, human experience, to grow from.
Change your perspective, and thus your life
Step out of fear and step into your power, knowing that whatever you’re facing, you will come out of it stronger, wiser, and more resilient!
And it starts with your thoughts and how you perceive whatever shows up in your life. See the beauty of the challenges, see the excitement in the experiences, and your life will change!
We don’t say that you will no longer face challenges, but the way you perceive them will change. And it’s all within your power to do that!
We love you dear human, and we want nothing but the best experiences for you.
And although you usually think of them negatively, your challenges, what you used to call ‘problems’, are there for you to grow, to learn, and to experience. Make the most of it by choosing a different perspective!
We are The Wisdom, and with that, we are complete.
