Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful new day. We are so pleased to be with you again and we would like to talk with you about challenges. What do we mean by challenges?
Change of perspective on challenges
Most people would call them ‘problems’ or ‘issues’. We like to see challenges as opportunities, as possibilities, endless possibilities.
Every challenge in your life, will get you to discover or explore new ways of living, new ways of thinking, ways to release old patterns, old habits, old thoughts, and become more and more of what you really are.
Challenges are what helps you to grow, to expand your soul, expand your consciousness. And we understand that many of you think of challenges as something that is awful or difficult.
The moment you reach a challenge, your heart begins to pound faster, sometimes it even begins to race. Your thoughts go like there’s a whirlwind within your mind.
But there’s no need for that. Just take a few deep breaths and the whirlwind will lay down, because you step out of your mind into your heart.
Experience, express, expand
When you do that, with any challenge, you will see what it really is: an opportunity, a new possibility, many possibilities even.
To solve something that has been drawn to you, to explore, and expand your consciousness, expand your soul, and expand the collective consciousness, expand Source.
Because that is your job here. There’s nothing for you to do but just explore, experience and express yourself and subsequently expand from it. That is all there is to it.
And there is so much to enjoy, so much to explore, so much to experience and then express it through you in new ways, in new expanded ways. Which is a wonderful thing.
And when you expand you, you expand us, because we are you. We’re all in this together, as One.
Benefit from repetition
We know you’ve heard this many a time, and it may sometimes sound like a broken record, just going on and on, repeating itself, repeating itself, repeating itself, repeating itself.
But that has a purpose. Because you as a human have a tendency to forget, when you haven’t heard something for a while. And we take the example of a song.
Sometimes you have a song, and you listen to it over and over and over again, because you love it so much. And you know all the words and the melody off the top of your head.
It’s ingrained in your heart.
Then the years go by and you don’t hear it anymore. You don’t look for it, it just slips away.
And after years, maybe five or ten years, you hear that song, and it sounds so familiar, and it gives you this good feeling.
But you only know a few words, and you only remember the chorus or refrain.
And you think ‘I know this song, it was one of my favorites’, and then you put it on repeat again, and the words come back and the melodies come back.
Within a day you know the song off the top of your head again.
But you had to be reminded of it, and you had to repeat it to get back into the groove. And that’s the same with our messages.
You have to hear it over and over to keep it on the top of your head, ingrained into your heart, engraved into your heart.
That is why we repeat so often, and that is a good thing. Don’t think of it as something that is boring, ‘oh, again the same message’.
You’ll remember when you need it
We always do our best to give it in different words, different language, from different angles, different point of views, so that it will stick and you will remember it in the moments that you need it the most.
You will know whenever there arises a so called ‘challenge’, you will remember our words, because we’ve told them so often.
And you will know ‘oh, wait! I have to take a few deep breaths! I have to go into my heart, it’s not a challenge, it’s here for me! It’s always for me, and it will help me grow and expand!”
Don’t run away from it, take the opportunity, see the possibilities, and go with that. That’s the message we have for you today.
