Do You Drink Enough of It to Stay Healthy?

Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful day. We are very pleased to speak with you again and we’d like to talk about the fluids you drink.

We’ve spoken about this earlier, and the importance of this subject makes us wanting to repeat it. And most likely we will do so more often.

Importance of drinking water

drink waterAs you know, water is the main fluid on the planet. And water can appear in several forms. We don’t have to explain to you how cold water turns solid in the form of ice and how hot water turns to gas, water vapor.

What we do want to hammer home again in today’s message, is that water is your life source. When you don’t drink enough water, you get dehydrated and your body will start to suffer from different problems.

It could be that you get headaches from dehydration, or dry skin, dizziness, fatigue, or even kidney problems. There can be many things that start to play out in your body, because of a lack of water.

You must understand that a human body is made of water for at least 50%, in children even more. And those fluids need to be maintained to be at a certain level, to keep all the processes in your body running smoothly.

Beliefs about different kinds of fluids

The problem is, that we see that many people have stopped drinking water. They’ve turned to tea, coffee, fruit juices, milk, energy drinks, cola or other unnatural drinks that are full of sugar or sugar replacements like artificial sweeteners. You know what we’re talking about.

coffeeChances are that you too drink these things, or at least some of them, regularly. But those fluids are not water.

We know that we’ve said earlier that it is the meaning you give to things that define the effect and impact it has on you. And of course, that is true.

But in most cases you have a belief, consciously or subconsciously, that these drinks we’ve just mentioned, aren’t so healthy for your body.

And that belief can cause a lot of problems.

Choose wisely what you put into your body

So, we’re not saying that you can never drink anything other than water, we know that you find pleasure in drinking things that have a specific, stronger taste, since water doesn’t really taste like much.

Although we’ve never experienced the taste of anything in your physical world, but it’s been described to us by many people who have had the experience. So we kind of understand what it tastes like.

We would like to encourage you to start drinking more water, to prevent your body from dehydrating, and helping it to carry out wastes and toxins.

Water is your very first physical need. If you’ve lost everything, you can still survive if you’ve got water.

Keep that in mind, because your life depends on it. Your body can’t function properly if you give it only coffee or sodas as fuel.

Water is your fuel

filling your tankLike a car that has a diesel engine doesn’t drive very well, if at all, on gasoline. And you definitely wouldn’t think of putting cola or wine or coffee in the tank of your car, right?

So fill your physical body with fluid that is meant to use for a human body: water.

If you drink enough water every day, that is a perfect way to keep your body healthy, hydrated and optimally functioning. It will serve you as long as necessary on your physical journey on planet Earth.
