Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful day. We are here, as we always are. We are always with you whatever happens in your life, whatever you do, whatever is going on, we are always here, because we are you.
We are integrated within you, with you, around you, it’s all you and us combined. And we want to focus on that, that you get this knowing. Not just understanding, or believing, or thinking, but just from your gut knowing that you are one with us, with Source, with every plant, with every tree, with every animal.
And so often you seem to forget. Everybody forgets and that is okay, we have no judgment, as you know, but we want you to get it in your system that your whole world, everything that goes on in and around you, is you!
When for example something outside happens and you get upset about it, or you feel down because of it. Go back inwards, go back inside yourself and feel, feel that everything out there, even though it’s a co-creation with other people, it is you.
You have a choice
And how you respond, how you react or interact with that outside world, or about that outside world, is your power. You have options, you have choices.
You can get upset of course, and your human, your human part, wants to experience the feelings of being upset, of being angry, of being sad, feeling lost or lonely, or whatever feelings you may have, but know that you always have a choice.
We don’t mean to say that you have to dismiss, or cover the emotions that you feel.
We want you to acknowledge them, we want you to allow them.
But then re-focus, re-center, come back to your core, to your essence which is love, and from there make a deliberate choice: ‘what am I going to feel now? I felt the sadness, I felt upset, I felt down. Okay, we’ve done that’, and find the thoughts that will bring you to the next little bit of a higher vibration, into a higher frequency, back into the joy, back into feeling good again.
And walk that ladder up, upwards to feeling joyful.
Ladder or staircase of emotions
You can view your emotions as a ladder or a staircase. At the bottom there’s guilt and shame, which are the lowest you can go, but if you go a little step up there’s a better feeling than guilt or shame.
Walk that ladder when you feel lower than centered. Walk that ladder up every time a step closer to joy, every time a step closer to feeling good again, to feeling happy, content, satisfied.
Let go of the thoughts that will make you feel fear, anxiety, unhappy, down. Those thoughts, allow them, acknowledge them, thank them, and then let them go and step up the staircase or the ladder, into a better, higher vibration.
You have control, you have the power
It is all you. You have the power to make the choices that are necessary for you. And if you want to be in a lower vibration, if that is your deliberate choice, if you want to wallow and feel sad, or cry for an hour because you were hurt by someone’s words, or by things that happened, that is okay if that is your choice.
That is perfectly fine. Just know that you have the choice. It’s never happening to you, it’s never something overpowering you. You are in control.
As long as you remember that, and know and are able to make the choices that are necessary for you, then it’s all perfect. You have the power, you have the choice, to choose whatever it is you want to feel.
Thoughts create emotions
Your emotions, as Abraham (ed. Hicks) calls it your ‘emotional guidance system‘, we agree, it is your emotional guidance system. It shows you where you are on the ladder, on the staircase.
It exactly pinpoints where you are through your feelings, through your emotions. Your thoughts create your emotions. When you think of things that are sad or hurtful, or you feel ashamed or guilty, go back to the thoughts, ’cause the thoughts are the triggers for the emotions.
And if you control your thoughts, you control your emotions, and you have the key in hand to feel whatever you want to feel.
This is important stuff. Know it, the power you have in every aspect of your life.
And know that we are always part of you, always there to guide you, to help you, to talk you out of things that you went into and maybe think that you don’t have a choice anymore, because things happened.
Ask us and know that we will answer. But you have to tune in to be able to hear the answer.
Use the ladder/staircase analogy as a tool
And that ladder, that staircase, is your key to knowing where you are vibrationally. Use it as a tool. It is an important tool.
Feel where you are, what is your vibration? And then if the vibration is lower than you want, go to the thoughts. What was I thinking? What am I thinking about? What are the words I’m saying within myself?
Then you can feel into the words. If you’re saying to yourself ‘oh, I did something so wrong, I’ve been not very smart with this, how could I do that? I shouldn’t have done this’, or ‘I could have said something different, or I could have done something different’.
The whole energy is low and lowering your vibration.
Choose words wisely to change your vibration
Change the words! ‘Okay, I’ve done this. Well, next time I’ll do it differently, it’s okay for now, it’s okay. Next time I’ll do it differently’… That gives a whole different energy, that brings up different emotions, and you will go up the staircase again.
It’s so simple, don’t make it complicated. Listen to your emotions, feel into it, then go back to your core and change whatever needs to be changed.
This is what we wanted to share with you today.
Enjoy life, not just this day, enjoy life. Feel. Feel where you are in your life, in your emotions, in your body and know that you are pure love, divine love. Love you for being you. And everything will be great.
