During my recent session, Tabitha’s guides very lovingly went right to the heart of what holds me back in my life. Something in me was softened and their emphasis towards love and self-love gives me hope, in fact knowing, that I’ve been set on my way out of depression and exhaustion. I love that Tabitha underlaid some parts of the recording she sent me afterwards with music, and I love my amazing song. It is wise, fun, and liberating!

I loved the meditation Rooted in Light. I took a break from a very stressful day today to listen to this meditation. Before the meditation, I was feeling very scattered with my thoughts and trouble concentrating on my work. After l finished the meditation, I felt very grounded and refreshed.
