More About Kate Rose
Kate Rose is an accomplished author and therapist. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts Education and a Master’s degree in Clinical Art Therapy from Springfield College. While studying, she also volunteered with AmeriCorps, where she helped lead programs for young people in cities.

For over ten years, Kate worked as an Art Therapist, helping children with serious social and emotional challenges. She focused her Master’s thesis on how to boost the self-esteem of teenage girls.

She began a career in writing and counseling for adults. Since March 2015, Kate has written more than 1,000 articles about topics like love, family, relationships, parenting, divorce, and astrology. She enjoys connecting with her readers around the world through social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. She also shares her thoughts through her newsletter and blog posts, and writes regularly for sites like YourTango and Elephant Journal.

In addition to writing, Kate has created a private coaching practice that focuses on relationships and empowering women. She also leads retreats in different countries. She lives in Massachusetts, with her two daughters.
