Welcome, welcome, dear human, on this beautiful new day. We are so pleased to be with you again, and we’d like to give you a bit of a heads-up and some comfort in what you might experience as challenging times.
We see that many of you have worries about what is going on in the world. Many of you are afraid of the developments in politics or environmental issues. Maybe you too?
When your reality troubles you
We see people worrying about all kinds of things, and we understand that. We know that you perceive the things you experience as real, as your reality.
We understand that when you for example hit your foot it’s painful, or that when you have an argument with someone, your feelings may get hurt.
We all get that. But we still want you to become aware of how you respond to anything that happens in your perceived reality.
Yes, you may be upset, yes you may be worried, you maybe have no idea how to get past certain issues, or situations in your life. You may be struggling with things around people, your children, your health, your finances.
Where do you find comfort?
But how do you go about these things? What thoughts are you thinking? What are you doing inside your mind? Are you thinking the most negative things? Are you seeing the worst outcome playing out in your mind?
Or do you focus on the things that are good in your life? Do you focus on the things that make you feel better, even if it’s only a tiny bit better?
Some take comfort in reading positive books or maybe you’d like to watch documentaries that lift you up. You can re-read the messages that we’ve given already, or the messages of other channelers.
You may find comfort in a cup of coffee or tea, in the smile of a child, in the cosy, furry greeting of your pet… Happiness and comfort can be found in the most mundane and small things.
We want you to become aware of the choices you always have.
Connection with your soul
You always have the choice to focus on something good, something that aligns you back to the energy of your soul.
Or you can choose to neglect your soul, and stay in the negativity, the fear, the feelings of loss, despair or hopelessness. It’s all up to you.
Now, we want you to remember that you are never alone in this. You are usually not aware that you are a multidimensional being. You live as a human in the physical world, but at the same time you are also living as your soul in the non-physical world.
Often you think of your soul or your higher self as something separate from you, something outside of your physical body. But you and your soul, are one and the same.
Your soul is functioning and residing in another dimension, but also in your physical body. It’s here and now, and it’s always here for you to direct you, comfort you and to lead you to where you need to be.
Follow the energy
And to get in the best position, the best mood, end up where you need to be, is by listening to the guidance of your soul. By following the energy that feels good, that feels right, that makes you feel like smiling, or makes you feel certain and secure.
Whenever you experience worries or troubles, go inward, and ask yourself “what would make me feel better right now?” And listen not just to your mental thoughts, but listen to that inner voice, listen to your heart, because your soul will answer you, coming from your heart.
That is our message of comfort for today for you. We wish you a happy life, a life filled with joy and happy times, and it’s already here, available to you!
