Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Digital products

Due to their nature, digital products are not applicable for refunds. Because digital products are immediately available and downloadable, it's not possible to cancel or refund any of such orders.

Private Sessions

For cancelling an appointment for a channeled private session within 24 hours, we will charge half of the paid amount and refund the other half.

For cancelling an appointment for a channeled private session within 12 hours, or not showing up at the session at all, there will be no refunds.

Client will have the Zoom Call link readily available at the time of the appointment. This link is provided by email when the call is booked, and it is needed to be able to enter the Zoom Call.

It's a client's duty to be on time. Being more than 5 minutes late, will cancel your appointment, and the cancellation rule above will apply.

Client will enter the call from a quiet space with sufficient internet bandwidth and/or reception. Calls made from a car, being outside with noises from wind, traffic, passing people etc. are not acceptable and will result in cancellation without refund. (The occasional sounds from a pet, flatmate or family members is not a problem.)

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Zoom Call when technical issues or unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to record the call. Cancellation due to such circumstances on our end, will always result in a full refund, unless a new call will be scheduled in accordance with client.

Live Events

Tickets for live events can not be refunded due to client becoming ill, or any other circumstance causing client to not show up at the event. The only reason for refunding of live event tickets, is when the event is cancelled by Tabitha Daniëlle. In that case client will have the option to either hold on to the ticket for the next event, or request a refund.
